This process could not have been more smooth. I made the appointment online - straight forward and very clean. The locksmith came right on time, called me, followed my guidance to access the rental and do the work. Called me when he was done, locked the house. Super efficient and clear information. Very transparent (and reasonably priced). I will save their contact for future needs with our rentals!

The technicians were able to open my safe within 10 minutes. A item inside the safe had become wedged between a shelf and the door and would not allow the pins to clear on their own. Simple fix in a short time. Then it came time to pay the bill, something the company does not talk to you about until everything is done. $225 for 10 minutes of work, $105 service call and 30 minute hourly $120. Seems a little steep for not even pulling a tool out of their van.

I needed to get into my safe for the past 3 yrs and no one was able to open it. I had many valuable things in it. I ran into Pete and asked if he could open it. Sure enough within 5 minutes he had my safe open! Pete was friendly, professional and honored his word. I would recommend this place any day and to anyone. Thank you Pete. You made my day!!!

The tech was able to remove the broken key inside the lock. I will wait until pool guy comes next week and get a copy of his key
