They came out right away to help me fix a door problem I was having. They were able to figure out the problem fix it completely. The entire mechanism in this triple deadbolt door was damaged and had to be replaced. They worked quickly and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company!

The condo I purchased was missing the key for the Inside door that opened into the garage. It wasn’t a huge problem until the other day when I couldn’t get back in the door from the garage. I hadn’t locked it. I managed to finally get it open, but I thought I better get a locksmith in to change it out. Rod from Anderson Lock And Safe called me before coming over to get all the information and parts required. He asked what kind of door knob I had whether it was a lever or round and if I had a key. It was a lever and I had no key for it. Rod suggested that he make a copy of my front door key so all the keys would be the same. He picked up the door lever, removed the old one, installed the new one and set it up the same as my front door key, and asked if I’d like a second key as well. He worked very efficiently and was a very nice person as well. I would recommend this company to friends. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be, however, getting something done and getting it done right the first time is worth it.
