Our reputation has meant everything to us, and we've spend the last 58 years serving the community accordingly. This incident was horrifying, despicable, and has caused so much pain for our employees and our image. It's been an absolute nightmare and I regret all of it. I'm so sorry for all of it. This has put a horrible black eye on all of us who have worked so hard to uphold the values of this company. First and foremost, I want to assure anyone watching that the behavior displayed in the photos is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of Anderson Lock & Safe. Upon learning of this incident on Friday, we conducted an immediate internal investigation. The technician in question has since been terminated from our company, and we have taken swift action to ensure this type of behavior is never repeated. Our entire company has met and talked through this situation. We have tremendous people here at Anderson Lock & Safe, and for this to be a reflection of the efforts and integrity of the rest of the team isn't fair. But this is our reality, and we are working through it day by day.We understand the comments are meant to be humorous or well-intentioned, some are looking for an opportunity to disparage our company, and others are that of genuine concern. I understand any and all of it. I can't begin to tell you how humiliating this is, and the great efforts that will be required to restore our name. Please know that we remain committed to holding ourselves to the highest ethical standards and fostering a culture of respect and integrity.
