Do you offer 24/7 emergency services?
YES, we offer 24/7 emergency services. If you have an emergency, please CALL rather than using our online service request form.
Do you offer same-day services?
YES, we offer same-day services. We know how important speed is when it comes to your security, and have technicians all over the valley to help serve you.
Can you do work after hours, or on the weekends?
Yes, however we charge an overtime price for doing so. We recommend scheduling service calls for normal business hours unless it is an absolute emergency to guarantee the best price.
How long does it take to schedule a service?
With a phone call you can get scheduled on the spot! You can also book a service appointment online. We’re available 24/7, so if you have an emergency after-hours, please CALL and you will be connected to our on-call road technician.
How can I request a quote? Can I do it online?
If you’re shopping around for locksmith work, or want a general idea of the cost of service, our dispatch team can quote most jobs by phone or email.
If the job entails specific conditions that our dispatchers cannot answer our lead estimator, Vince, will be scheduled to walk the property and establish a quote for you.
We also respond to quote requests on our Yelp! page. We will respond within 10 minutes of your request during regular business hours (8-5).

Does Anderson Lock & Safe subcontract services and work?
We rarely subcontract services. Aside from some very specific niche automotive work, all services are 100% completed by Anderson Lock & Safe staff and road technicians.
I want to buy a safe, but I don’t know where to start. How do I know what to buy?
A safe is an important investment, and we take it very seriously!

What is the warranty policy for safes?
We match our parts and labor policy according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Each safe manufacturer’s policy looks a bit different, but we’ll always have the information readily available whether you’ve purchased the safe from us or another company.
Do you have a return policy?
We do NOT accept returns for safes. However, we do offer a warranty to fix any issues 90 days after installation of a safe (drilled). We also follow all parts and labor warranties guaranteed by the manufacturer of your safe. To read more, read our entire return policy here.
What makes and models CAN you make keys for?
We can make and program keys for MOST makes and models of vehicles. For more information and quotes, please give us a call at (602) 973-0343, or request a quote via our Yelp! page or our schedule service form. We are also able to create or reprogram key fobs for most vehicles.
Help! I’m locked out of my car! How much do you charge?!
Car lockouts will always only be charged for labor, which estimates at $65. We will need information such as: where your keys are currently located, and whether or not your vehicle has a trunk release.
If your lockout is an emergency, PLEASE CALL and DO NOT reach out using our schedule service form. We will connect you to a road tech as soon as possible, and these road techs will answer directly after hours.
Which is cheaper, a locksmith or a dealership?
