After LOI, the entire process takes 60 days.

Anderson’s internal operations team will ask for and review data pertaining to your tangible assets, customer accounts, online presence and a site visit will be performed.

We value the locksmith business as a multiple of earnings, the metric we use for earnings is EBITDA. The multiple changes as the level of earnings increases. EBITDA is not the same as Revenue.

What is EBITDA?

EBITDA is an acronym that stands for Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization.

What does a multiple mean?
