After LOI, the entire process takes 60 days.
Anderson’s internal operations team will ask for and review data pertaining to your tangible assets, customer accounts, online presence and a site visit will be performed.

How do you value my business?
We value the locksmith business as a multiple of earnings, the metric we use for earnings is EBITDA. The multiple changes as the level of earnings increases. EBITDA is not the same as Revenue.

EBITDA is an acronym that stands for Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization.
What does a multiple mean?
Multiples are created to estimate how many years of earnings can be expected for a given business.

Part of the closing process will be transferring the trade name. The specific use of it will depend on the brand recognition, marketability, and differentiation of our current service offerings.
Will my locksmith services remain the same?
Most likely, we would want to offer all the services you currently offer, hence the reason for the acquisition.
