Online Safe Center Return Policy

As the largest locksmith in the state of Arizona, we are proud to be your go-to Phoenix safe center.

Once you decide to invest and complete a safe purchase from Anderson Lock & Safe, and the purchase has entirely gone through (invoice or COD), we do not accept any returns of any safes.

When we deliver a safe purchase, we offer the option to have the safe installed and bolted into the space where it will reside. This installation has a 90-day warranty. If any work for installation is unsatisfactory, we will schedule a return service within this time period. However the safe is installed, and we warranty our labor.

Additionally, we follow the safe manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty. For example, American Security (AMSEC) safes include a 1-year part and labor warranty. Each manufacturer’s warranty looks different, but we can answer any and all questions regarding these with a phone call or email.
